    Booking Manager guarantees payment security of all reservations created via Booking Manager distribution network due to possible insolvency of this charter operator. Payment security is guaranteed to all active agencies that have:

    • Registered legal entity/company
    • Agency user account in Booking Manager System
    • Signed Golden Agency contract with Booking Manager
    • Charter agreement with Golden Charter Operator
    • Booking in question created via Booking Manager distribution network
  2. Charter Operator Fleet is exclusively available through Booking Manager System and bookable in real time. This ensures that availability, pricing and booking security is guaranteed to users of Booking Manager distribution network via all channels:

    • Booking Manager API
    • Web Booking Manager search engine.
